  • The Plan – we will develop a minute by minute itinerary so that every person and part is exactly where they should be at exactly the right time.
  • Decorations – we will transform your ideas into reality with flair and creativity.
  • Staff – we can provide the power to make it all happen with an experienced team at our disposal dedicated to your event.
  • Equipment – we will source and order everything you need so that nothing is forgotten.
  • Negotiations – Let us find you the best opportunities and manage bookings and contracts.

We will be with you throughout the entire planning process and through every part of your celebration. Dedicated to making it all happen as the sun comes up, sets and comes up again!

Weekend
Co-Ordination

You are motivated and confident that you can put your own plan in motion. What you really need is advice and support and a dedicated team over the weekend to execute it all seamlessly.

We will be available to offer suggestions for suppliers for every aspect of your wedding. You will take control of all the bookings, negotiations and logistics though as you create your dream weekend.

8 weeks before your dates, we will step in and review the plan with you to ensure nothing is missed, you have the staff you need and every part is understood.

And finally we will make it all happen over the course of the weekend so you can sit back and enjoy yourselves with your friends and family as it should be.
